Bourne End is the perfect location for one Wharf Lane homeowner

Llywela Cottington first made the move from Surrey to Bourne End approximately 11 years ago and moved into her new home in our Wharf Lane community just over a year ago.
“When I moved to my Renaissance apartment it had everything I needed in a home - comfort, space and position. I’m near to the shops, countryside and a stone’s throw from the river which has so much activity; wildlife, boats and a very active Sailing Club. There are also numerous restaurants in the area with every cuisine you can think of.”
It wasn’t just Llywela that was happy with her new home but her family also.
“My daughter-in-law works for Four Seasons which is the crème de la crème of hotels and when she visited she really was impressed. In her words she’d said `wow this is just like ‘Four Seasons’ so you really can’t get any better than that!”
Llywela reserved her new home off-plan whilst the site was still being built and felt very supported throughout the process by the Lifestory team.
“I bought my apartment off-plan whilst the development was still under construction. For me, reserving off-plan meant I got exactly what I wanted. I was guided by a fantastic lady and Sales Advisor by the name of Clair who advised me through the whole process, step by step and if she didn’t know the answers she would solve the situation by finding someone who did.”
Since moving, Llywela has really enjoyed being a part of the community at Wharf Lane:
“One of the biggest changes for me since moving here has been the companionship. We all get on so well together as a community, putting the world to rights!! We have lovely social gatherings organised by our lovely Lifehost Lisa including events to celebrate Burns Night, Chinese New Year, Christmas, the Ascot races and games evenings. What more could we ask for!”
