Regional Sales Manager - London

The Role

A new and exciting opportunity has opened up for a second Regional Sales Manager for PegasusLife, covering London, Hertfordshire, Croydon and Kent. You will need to be able to manage a team of Sales Managers, and work closely with the other Regional Sales Manager to ensure the best possible service.

The role is crucial to drive PegasusLife’s sales, ensuring that our properties sell in the timescales we have proposed, and ensuring our customers have everything they need to make the life enhancing decision to purchase one of our homes.

You will achieve our sales targets and be equally as passionate about great customer experience as you are about sales. You will also be a good role model for our Sales Managers, and will work with them to achieve or out-perform our sales targets.

You will ensure accurate and timely reporting is carried out and presented to the Board, and will be very confident with IT, including Google systems (or keen to learn new systems).


You will be a confident communicator, as you will need to inspire your potential customers, as well as your Sales team, and will need to build great working relationships with colleagues in other departments, and external experts such as estate agents and solicitors.

What We Are Looking For

You will have demonstrable sales management experience within a house building environment and be forward thinking about how to drive sales. You will be passionate about customer experience, as well as knowledgeable about how to deliver it. You will have great communication abilities, and be very IT literate. You will also be highly resilient and able to work with multiple deadlines. Just as importantly, you will have experience of leading and inspiring a team of Sales Managers.

We are offering a competitive salary & comprehensive benefits package [plus car allowance].

The role is based at our Winchester office but entails considerable travel mainly south of the M25 and the South East.
