New Home Sales Managers
The aim of the New Homes Sales Managers is to create a sense of delight in our customers as they discover the lifestyle that we can offer them through purchasing an apartment in one of our developments, and then proactively follow this through to sale completion.
You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle and this is a role which has clear sales and conversion targets. Initially you will need to achieve these through off-plan selling and home visits, and once the development is built you will also need to manage the sales office and processes.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with the warmth, energy and enthusiasm to be able to convert the leads generated by the marketing activity to apartment sales. Our customers are buying into a lifestyle, not just purchasing bricks and mortar, so you’ll be used to talking to people to understand their needs, pointing them in the direction of how our developments can exceed their expectations and positively influencing their decisions. Your excellent knowledge of the local area will be an important part of this, as will your analytical, decision making and problem solving skills. Expectations of our new homes sales managers are high and you’ll rely on your previous experience of selling new homes and achieving sales targets to help you meet them. You will also be familiar with off-plan selling, and able to use the technology that we will provide to support you in doing so.
The experience of our customers will be your focus, so you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships using an energetic, positive and professional approach. You are also respectful when dealing with our partners and your colleagues. Our philosophy of improving, evolving and positively challenging the norm and ourselves will already be a part of your day to day life. Motivation is important and you’ll be able to work on your own initiative, but also contribute to the wider PegasusLife team.
Location, Salary & Benefits
OTE is £40k and we offer an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday. We are always looking for excellent people to work with us as we develop our newly acquired sites. Our Portfolio shows the sites we have under development and we would like to hear from you if you feel you have the skills and experience we require and wish to join a vibrant team at an exciting point in our growth plans. The roles will also involve attendance at our Winchester office on occasion (at least quarterly) to meet up with the rest of the team.
