This role is to support the Land Directors and Senior Land Managers by collecting and processing all the information regarding sites and assessing those that have been identified for possible purchase. You will also:
- Help with the preparation and compilation of the necessary documentation ready for consideration by the key decision makers
- Carry out market research, including sales comparables research and obtaining and interpreting depth of wealth analysis
- Work with the Land Directors and Senior Land Managers preparing Site Assessment Reports and any other documents required to obtain funder authorisation to exchange purchase contracts
- Have the opportunity for occasional site visits to put the job into perspective and to help prepare briefing sheets and visuals as well as assisting with the selection of sites for purchase
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or equivalent in a property related or business degree, with the ability to work with a wide range of people. You must have the philosophy of delighting your internal as well as external customers. A positive outlook and a can do attitude combined with the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities is vital.
Motivation is important and you’ll be able to work on your own initiative, but also contribute to the wider PegasusLife team.
You will be highly IT literate as PegasusLife operates purely in a cloud based environment and uses Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Presentations & Drive etc), experience of these systems would be desirable but an aptitude and willingness to adapt to new technology is essential.
Location, Salary & Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The role is based at our Winchester office but with regular site visits to get to know our developments will be a key part of the role.
