The Role

The role of the After Sales Support Manager is to work closely with the onsite estates management and the Head of After Sales to create a sense of delight in our customers as they discover the lifestyle that we can offer them.

You will take ownership of all ongoing customers’ issues and will be responsible to find solutions and coordinate resources to undertake work in our customers’ homes.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a confident and motivated After Sales Support Manager to make things really happen for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything they do.

Our customers are buying into a lifestyle, not just purchasing bricks and mortar, so you’ll be used to talking to people to understand their needs and take ownership of ongoing customer issues following the purchase of the property.

Expectations of our After Sales Support Manager are high and you’ll rely on your previous experience of managing and coordinating day to day issues affecting customers.

Key responsibilities will include:
The experience of our customers will be your focus, so you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships using an energetic, positive and professional approach. You will also have the desire to learn with a logical and problem solving nature. You are also respectful when dealing with our partners and colleagues.

  • Coordination/Progression of day to day issues affecting customers
  • Monitor Aftersales inbox
  • Support quality inspection and handover for new developments
  • Undertake defect reporting for the Customer Support Manager
  • Follow complaints and escalations procedure
  • Ensure all complainants are kept up to date regarding their complaint
  • Manage customer data and record KPI’s

Location, Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday.

The role is based in Winchester (Head Office) but will involve 30-50% travel.
