Our Pegasus Choices package makes it easy for you to rent and become a Pegasus member. Pegasus memberships lets you enjoy the freedom of keeping your options open, while having peace of mind that your living situation is sound and secure. You may also wish to explore the Choice to Buy option, which allows you to rent before you buy.
Live life on your own terms by renting a Pegasus home and maintain your freedom and flexibility, whilst still enjoying the benefits of living in one of our communities. With Choice to Buy, if you choose to buy your apartment within the initial six months of your tenancy agreement, Pegasus will refund your rental fees (excluding service charge) paid during this time.
