​Over the past few decades, we have seen a significant shift in the way in which we live as we grow older. Developments in healthcare, travel, culture and communication mean that people are living longer, living better and expecting more from their retirement.

​But current housing doesn’t reflect the different tastes, interests and lifestyles of these people. Having lived through sixty years of revolution, change and social progression across politics, music, culture and the arts, this new generation are more active and less ready or willing to stop working or doing the things they love than any previous generation.

These people are the inspiration behind our offer.
