From taking a morning stroll through the gardens to settling down in the lounge with an evening cup of coffee, life at Woodlands is as invigorating as it is relaxing. Your Host will be on hand to assist with home deliveries, restaurant reservations and deal with any queries you may have, helping you to make the most of living in Canford Cliffs.
Located on the ground floor, the lounge is the development's central hub. This light and spacious area looks out onto Woodland's garden through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. In the warmer months, double doors open out to the gardens.
At one end, a social kitchen provides space for food preparation. At the other end, there is an honesty bar, a fireplace, a selection of comfortable armchairs and a larder.
The gardens are a prominent feature around the development. Numerous indigenous trees offer privacy from the road and a planted path leads up toward the front entrance. The north-facing woodland floor garden is designed to act as an outdoor living room in the summer. Bordered by a boundary wall with climbing vines, this sheltered area is planted with spring bulbs, ferns and evergreen plants.
The development has a guest suite for whenever friends and family wish to stay overnight. This one bedroom studio apartment has its own private terrace and can be booked through the Host.
Located underground, the secure car park provides 18 parking bays (1 parking space per resident, plus 1 extra space). Visitor parking is also available at the back of the development.
