Located on the ground floor, the lounge is the development's central hub. This light and spacious area looks out onto Woodland's garden through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. In the warmer months, double doors open out to the gardens.

At one end, a social kitchen provides space for food preparation. At the other end, there is an honesty bar, a fireplace, a selection of comfortable armchairs and a larder. 

Gardens

The gardens are a prominent feature around the development. Numerous indigenous trees offer privacy from the road and a planted path leads up toward the front entrance. The north-facing woodland floor garden is designed to act as an outdoor living room in the summer.
