From the stretches of wildflower meadows to the ornate rose garden by the arrival court, the grounds at Wildernesse House are rich and varied. The kitchen garden comprises a series of raised herb and vegetable beds, while the orchard comes into its own in the autumn, producing a variety of fruits for jams and conserves. Long summer evenings are best spent relaxing by the sundial folly. With a traditional sundial and comfortable seating, this sunny spot has unrivalled views of the main house and looks out across the surrounding grounds.

The Main House Apartments

Situated on the upper floors of the main house are 19 one and two-bedroom apartments. These homes are light and spacious, with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The bathrooms have either a bath or walk-in shower.

The apartments vary in layouts and several styles are available. Some have an additional study or dressing room for example, while one apartment occupies two floors in the tower of the house.

PegasusLife have created the not-for-profit management company Helicon to run each of our developments and give those who live in them complete transparency and control over how their home is managed.

Helicon is owned in part by PegasusLife and in part by the homeowners of the developments. The company is there to take care of the buildings and make sure people enjoy living in them.

As shareholders, you have full visibility on how money is spent and a say in how the development is managed and run.

The on-site Helicon team are not just there to manage and maintain the building, but also to engage with the surrounding community at each development, forming relationships with local services, suppliers and producers to create an experience that benefits the whole community.
