What's on Offer

Whenever friends or family visit, you can book them into the guest suite and treat them to a meal in the private dining room. The General Manager will be happy to assist with bookings, as well as recommending local restaurants and organising events to help you make the most of living in Steepleton Tetbury.

Wellness Spa

An indoor Nordic spa looks out towards the aquaculture garden and outdoor swimming pond. There is also a herbal sauna, a salt-inhalation room and a steam room, while a range of treatments and manicures can be enjoyed comfortably in your own apartment.

Steepleton, Tetbury Restaurant - The Barn

Using the best local produce and artisanal goods, the restaurant serves freshly cooked meals every day at Steepleton Tetbury. A flight of stairs leads up to the private dining area and guest suites. This space can be booked through the General Manager.

The Gardens

The 'common greens' provide splashes of meadow-like colour, while the gardens and 'wold courts' are pretty wildernesses and the main way of getting about. The six apartment buildings are structured around these series of interlocking gardens, each with their own character and function.

The Lounge

In addition to the comfy armchairs, the fire and the floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, the lounge has an honesty bar concealed behind some of the cupboard doors. You’ll feel cosy as you unwind from the day alone or amongst friends.

The Gym

With state-of-the-art equipment and a range of workout classes, the gym caters for a range of exercise preferences and fitness levels in the retirement community at Steepleton.

Serving coffee, cold drinks and a choice of pastries, the café creates a space for locals and residents to meet or to grab a quick snack. Directly above the café is the snug, where a wood burner makes for a cosy atmosphere.

Living in Tetbury

Tetbury is a thriving market town with a number of independent shops and businesses, including the Yellow-Lighted Bookshop and the Veloton Bicycle Shop – a bike shop coupled with a coffee bar. All year round events and festivals are just some of the things to do in the Cotswolds, many of which are planned and organised by locals. The annual Woolsack Race and the Food and Drink Festival attract crowds from across the country, while October welcomes the Tetbury Music Festival, a four-day event hosting top classical musicians from across the world.

Slightly further afield, the Cotswolds is an area of rich history and expansive greenery. There are many delightful Tetbury walks alone, on top of the hundreds of rambling trails that pass through the unspoilt countryside and quaint villages that populate this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
