The Helicon App

To help facilitate our unique approach to property management, we have created the Helicon app. The app is designed to enable owners to book services available at their development and track and view expenditure for the whole building as well as their individual apartment.

The Helicon app also makes it easy to communicate with other owners and to stay up to date with events in the development and the surrounding area.

The app is available to download on Apple and Android devices.

Discover Dawlish

Surrounded by rolling Devon countryside, Dawlish has long been a hideaway.
The town's thriving community groups host regular art classes and theatre productions, while The High Street and The Strand are populated with a selection of independent cafés, pubs, shops and seafood restaurants.

Devon's historic landscape offers plenty to explore further afield, from the annual folk festivals in Teignmouth and Sidmouth to the numerous walking trails at the Dartmoor National Park. Running beneath Dawlish's iconic red cliffs, the railway provides connections to major cities such as London and Cardiff, and Exeter is just 30 minutes away.
