Build Begins at Steepleton, Tetbury

Construction has begun at Steepleton, a pivotal development in the heart of Tetbury by PegasusLife. The five acre retirement living development will comprise 113 apartments and deliver a range of facilities, all connected by idyllic courtyard walk-ways, green spaces and kitchen gardens.

Designed by award winning architects Proctor and Matthews, the one, two and three bedroom apartments at Steepleton are for sale now for those aged 60 and over.

PegasusLife CEO Howard Phillips comments: “Steepleton is our largest development to date and we are very excited to be working on this special site. We have already been welcomed into the local community and we look forward to creating a thriving community at Steepleton to complement the vibrant village of Tetbury. “

With its low-rise apartment blocks surrounded by green space and active kitchen gardens, Steepleton is designed to blend easily with the local landscape. On-site facilities include an outdoor swimming pond, restaurant, private dining room and lounge, a gym, spa, and café, a snug room, as well as a guest suite for visitors. The spacious and thoughtfully designed one bed apartments at Steepleton start at £346,950.

Thanks to the bold and experimental design, Steepleton has already won a prestigious Housing Design Award. Breathing new life into the buying and ownership process, PegasusLife offers all homes on a 1000-year lease. PegasusLife will not charge customers exit fees - offering an additional layer of comfort for residents and their families - and provides on-going maintenance and property management on a not-for-profit basis.
