The Role

This position sits within a small team of 3 people that manage the Salesforce.com system for approximately 200 users.

The Salesforce (CRM) Support Analyst will play a vital part of the team, working closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure that not only is the system running smoothly, but also that the wider business have the relevant tools and skills to fully realise the benefits of the system.

This person will be responsible for providing key support in the maintenance, development and administration of the Salesforce system and database. Part of this role will also be working closely with colleagues to deliver customer insights as well as access to key data for reporting and analytics.

The Person

The successful candidate will have a degree level education or equivalent relevant experience. You will preferably have previous experience with Salesforce from an admin/development user perspective and will be familiar with Salesforce Lightning. ADM201 qualification is highly desirable however not essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • SOQL and SQL Query Building Capability
  • Understanding of VF and Apex
  • Salesforce Reporting and Table Structures
  • Ability to take a user requirements specification or solution, and configure Salesforce to fulfil requirements
  • A highly organised approach
  • A natural ability to problem solve

Location, Salary & Benefits

This role comes with a competitive basic salary and bonus, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension.

It will be based from our Head Office in Winchester, although there may be occasional travel to our other offices and developments.
