The Role

The Salesforce team play a vital role in the success of our Sales and Marketing teams, working closely with the systems that ensure we can reach our customers and carefully support the sales process.


What We Are Looking For

Supporting the Salesforce team in a hands-on role, you will take responsibility for being the Salesforce CRM first line support to all Sales Managers in their day to day use of the system. 

As the first key support contact, you will collaboratively engage with the Salesforce team in helping them understand the support calls and to proactively identify training or system enhancement opportunities. You will support the Salesforce team in ensuring all training materials/resources are updated, and new release training considered and designed with your first-hand knowledge of the front line users of the system.

You will also be confident and strong in your use of spreadsheets (we use Google Sheets) and a range of functions to enable you to support other teams for ad-hoc reporting requirements from raw data pulled directly from the CRM. A deep understanding of the architecture of Salesforce, or a willingness to learn is therefore required. You will be confident in a range of systems, platforms, and technology in general so you can support all Sales team members in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce.com platform, either in an admin or a superuser capacity. You will have strong all-round technology skills/experience across wide range of SaaS/PaaS platforms. Advanced skills in spreadsheet functions are key to success in this role. The ability to think analytically, problem solve as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital.


Location, Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive basic salary and bonus, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension. 

It will be based at Winchester, although there may be an occasional requirement for travel to our other offices and sites. There will be a need for some work to be undertaken outside normal working hours and we appreciate your flexibility around this.
