The Role

The Sales Manager is essential in providing a positive customer experience and building relationships with our customers that demonstrate we are in this for the long-haul, helping us to attain our ambition of becoming the most admired provider of housing for older people in Britain.

 

This role will assist in development launches, selling off plan as well as from the sales complex, achieving all sales targets and managing the developments.


What We Are Looking For

The Sales Manager will play a vital role in supporting sales for the PegasusLife development in Wilmslow. The role is a Fixed-Term contract for 12 months to support the initial sales as this development approaches the finishing stages of the build process. You will liaise with prospective customers at our sites as well as discussing opportunities and supporting sales using our database, which will you also ensure is maintained correctly. 

Previous experience of selling new build property is vital, either gained at an estate agency or directly with a developer. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong relationship with our customers is a must, while working towards agreed targets and timescales. The ideal candidate will be competent using a CRM system and possess good general IT skills. 


Location, Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive basic salary and commission, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension. 

The role will be based in our development in Wilmslow, although there may be an occasional requirement for travel to our other offices and sites as well. 

This opportunity is for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
