The Sales Advisor is essential in providing a positive customer experience and building relationships with our customers that demonstrates that we are in this for the long-haul.
This role will assist in development launches, selling off plan as well as from the sales complex, achieving all sales targets and managing the developments and showrooms where appropriate. There will be a high volume of calls with our customers as well as close collaboration with internal teams such as sales progression and our wider business functions.
The Sales Advisor role is full-time, working 5 days per week including weekends and some bank holidays, with the flexibility to cover events where required.
You’ll have experience selling new build property, either gained at an estate agency or directly with a developer. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong relationship with our customers is a must, while working towards agreed targets and timescales. You’ll have high standards of presentation and will enjoy being a true ambassador for our brand and values.
The ideal candidate must be competent using a CRM system (we use Salesforce) and possess excellent general IT skills. Previous experience of using Google G-Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets) is beneficial however full training will be given during an induction at our Winchester Head Office.

Location, Salary & Benefits
This role comes with a competitive basic salary, and a competitive sales commission structure, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension.
It will be based from various developments accross London, although there may be occasional travel to our other offices and developments.
