How this role fits into PegasusLife?

The primary aim of this role is to support our Customer Enquiry Administrator by taking calls from potential buyers, asking relevant questions and capturing accurate information to enter into our customer database; this database is then maintained and managed in order to call back the prospective buyers at an agreed later date to catch up on their decision to purchase a PegasusLife property.  When a potential buyer is ready to progress their enquiry further, you will be responsible for arranging for one of our field-based Sales Managers to book an appointment to meet with them to discuss next steps. The Sales & Marketing Team Administrator will often be the first point of contact for potential buyers, and therefore will be ‘the voice’ of PegasusLife, so providing exceptional service from the outset is vital.

The Sales & Marketing Team Administrator will also provide support to the wider team by assisting with the production of floor plans and marketing collateral that is required for each of our sites, as well supporting other marketing related activities such as sales launch events and sparkling weekend openings of our developments.  In busy periods, there will also be a need to assist the Sales Coordinator to ensure our customers receive a first-class service throughout the sales process, helping with the progression of all property sales from exchange of contracts through to completion.


What we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable team player to join our busy Sales & Marketing team providing support on the weekends and three days during the week. 

To be successful in the role you will have experience in a customer focused role and must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  The experience of our customers will be your priority and you will be able to build strong, lasting relationships using an energetic, positive and professional approach. Our customers are buying into a lifestyle, not just purchasing bricks and mortar, so you’ll be used to talking to people to understand their needs and positively influencing their decisions. 

Motivation is important, you will be a self-starter able to work on your own initiative but also thrive in a team environment.  Creative and innovative in your approach, you will have an ability to work under pressure, manage tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.  The role requires a flexible approach, a confident 'can do' nature with a meticulous eye for detail.  At times this is a customer facing role, so you will be a polished professional, representing PegasusLife at events.

You will be highly IT literate as PegasusLife operates purely in a cloud-based environment and uses Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Presentations & Drive etc), experience of these systems would be desirable but an aptitude and willingness to adapt to new technology is essential.

Full training will be provided, so we’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills from within a sales, hospitality or retail environment and are motivated for a new challenge in an exciting, fast-paced company!


Location, salary and benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary, alongside 25 days holiday, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance and Healthshield. 

This role will be based from our Winchester office three days a week and will be home-based on a Saturday and Sunday.
