How this role fits into PegasusLife

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional Sales Manager covering our Midlands & North Regions to join the Company. This role is crucial in driving PegasusLife’s sales, ensuring that our properties sell in the timescales we have proposed, and making sure our customers have everything they need to make the life-enhancing decision to purchase one of our homes.

Managing a small team of Sales Managers you will lead by example and be passionate about delivering a great customer experience. You will work closely with the other Regional Sales Managers to share best practice and ultimately achieve or out-perform our sales targets.

You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports and present these to the Board, using your excellent IT skills. 

You will be a confident communicator, inspiring your potential customers and Sales team, as well as building great working relationships with colleagues in other departments, and external experts such as estate agents and solicitors.


What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with demonstrable sales management experience within a house building environment, where they have lead and inspired a team. They must be passionate about customer experience, as well as knowledgeable about how to deliver it.  The successful candidate will have great communication abilities, and be very IT literate, highly resilient and able to work with multiple deadlines. 

The successful candidate must have a full clean UK driving license.


Location, salary and benefits

The role is based at home but entails considerable travel within the North and Midlands region and to our Head Office in Winchester.
