Regional Marketing Coordinator

The Role

Working across one of six defined regions, this role will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities across a small portfolio of both PegasusLife and Renaissance developments. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager for your region, implementing the marketing strategy for that area and being a true partner in achieving sales outcomes in this geographical area.

The role is predominantly offline, focused on managing the projects and raising the profile of each development, helping to craft a unique descriptor to ensure harmony and consistency of approach between colleague in Sales and Marketing. You’ll work closely with our other expert marketing teams including Digital, Design and PR & Events as well as the wider sales team to ensure that a multi-channel and consistent approach is taken to raising the profile of your region.

As part of this role, you will need to regularly visit development sites (at least one day per week) in your region as well as others, to ensure all marketing opportunities are understood between sales and marketing functions and activated to maximise lead generation and positive messaging

You will also get the opportunity to support other marketing activities and projects around the business where required.

The Person

You’ll have a degree-level education or equivalent and possess previous marketing experience gained in a mainly offline-marketing focused role. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, used to collaborating with either external agencies or other internal teams to broker the necessary support for your campaigns and projects.

Also, key to success will be:

  • Attention to detail, able to proof check materials prior to sign-off by the Marketing Manager.
  • Communication skills, able to ensure consistency with a range of stakeholders in the Marketing and Sales teams and beyond
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and logical manner
  • Being a team player, working closely with colleagues in Marketing as well as the wider business
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence
  • A confident yet professional manner, able to keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills

A full UK Driving License is required.

Location, Salary & Benefits

This role comes with a competitive basic salary, and bonus, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension.

It will be based from our Head Office in Winchester with frequent travel to our other offices and developments.
