The Role

The PR and Communications function works closely with the PegasusLife sales team and is a part of the Marketing department. This role will report into the Head of Marketing. 

What we are looking for

The PR and Communications Manager will lead the national and regional PR for each development as the design and build programme progresses. In addition to managing a reactive press office (dealing with any incoming media, comms and stakeholder enquiries) the PR Manager will also be responsible for managing proactive PR and media relations for the business, crisis communications, reputation management as well as managing a small team.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator who has come from a journalism background or has had previous experience in PR either in-house or agency. A background in real estate or property will be advantageous but is not essential. 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level (perhaps in English, PR & Marketing, Journalism), be a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, have budget management experience and a track record of managing multiple projects, stakeholders and suppliers.

The role will be based in our Winchester office and there will be the requirement for travel to our other offices and sites.
