The Role

This role is there to provide proactive and efficient administrative and PA support to the MD and FD , assisting them to manage and prioritise time, increase effectiveness and meet the demands of the post.  The ability to understand the pressures that the MD and FD are under and the demands on their time on a day to day basis will be key to your being able to forward plan and be one step ahead . The role will also include the office management of the Cheltenham office.

The Person

You will have previous experience of working as a PA directly supporting a member of the Senior Management Team and will be able to proactively support all aspects of the MD and FD functions. You will also be responsible for other PA/EA duties such as managing expenses, travel and accommodation, preparing reports and presentations and supporting the wider administration of function. 

You’ll have a friendly but professional manner and be able to adapt to the requirements of the business. The role can be demanding, with many different deadlines and projects so excellent prioritisation and ability to work independently as well as part of the team will be essential. 

Experience with office based software programs is vital, as well as a willingness to learn new software packages. Previous exposure to Google G-Suite is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
