As we near completion at the magnificent Park House we are looking to further strengthen our sales team by recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Manager.
We are a fast paced business, with an ambitious growth plan over the next 5 years.
About the role
The role of the New Homes Sales Manager is to nurture a lead, building rapport to establish a trusting relationship with our potential customers to help them discover the lifestyle that we can offer through purchasing an apartment at Park House and then proactively follow this through from reservation to completion.
You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process and as you would expect, this is a role with clear sales and conversion targets; you will achieve these through off-plan selling.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who exudes warmth, energy and positivity to be able to convert the leads generated by our marketing activity to apartment sales. It is essential to understand that our customers are buying into a lifestyle, not just purchasing bricks and mortar, so you’ll be emotionally intelligent and used to talking to all types of people to understand their needs, pointing them in the direction of how our developments can exceed their expectations and be able to positively influence their decisions.
Expectations of our Sales Managers are high and you will be tenacious and driven in your approach to achieving targets; however you also understand that retirement sales are naturally at a slower pace, requiring a more considered style and will be comfortable and familiar with off-plan selling.
The experience of our customers is key, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships using an energetic, positive, honest and professional approach. Motivation is important and you’ll be able to work on your own initiative, but also a great team player.
It is essential that our Sales Managers are confident with technology and IT literate as PegasusLife operates purely in a cloud based environment, using Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets & Google Drive), experience of these systems would be desirable but an aptitude and willingness to adapt to new systems is essential. To support our team in managing their leads, we use Salesforce as our CRM database, knowledge of this system would be an advantage.
Location, salary and benefits
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. We offer a competitive basic salary and impressive commision scheme, alongside an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday.
The show apartment is due to be up and running from Mid February 2018, before that time, the role will involve working from home (Monday - Friday, with Saturday if required). There is a requirement for occasional attendance at our Winchester office to meet up with the rest of the team.
