The Role

The London and South East Division requires a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to manage the accounts for a number of developments across both brands.  

The role will cover the whole balance sheet, preparing month end close, reporting and analysis.  The role will also support the Divisional control environment, cash management, support other members of the finance team and ad hoc projects.

You will have worked in a similar role and be comfortable meeting tight, high profile deadlines by managing your own time.   You’ll be commercially aware, be able to use your influencing and negotiating skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be able to combine seeing the bigger picture with the attention to detail that ensures a high quality result. 

You will be a problem solver,  able to express your ideas as well as listen to and act upon the contributions of others. You will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent numerical skills to understand complex information and outstanding organisational skills. As an advanced user of excel/spreadsheets you will have an aptitude and willingness to adapt to, and embrace our Google IT system.

You will be an experienced, professionally qualified or part qualified ACCA or CIMA, with previous experience covering both P&L and Balance Sheets, along with considerable knowledge of transaction processing. It is desirable to have experience in the Property Development sector and COINS, Salesforce, Access Dimension, Anaplan and TM1 system experience.

All full UK Driving License is required.

This role comes with a competitive basic salary, and bonus, alongside a benefits package including Private Medical Insurance, enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension. 

It will be based from our London Office with frequent travel to our other offices and developments in our London and South East Region.
