Land acquisition is the start of the development pipeline and so the support of this team is one of the key factors in being able to redefine the industry and make the company the most admired provider of housing for older people.
This role is to support the Land, Planning & Design Teams; providing general administrative support and covering the Land Coordinator role during periods of absence and/or high workload. Assist the Land and Planning Director as required.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a natural problem solver who is confident in supporting a busy team and managing conflicting priorities. Our ideal candidate will have had experience of land acquisition and/or the planning process. They will enjoy working with numbers and will have also had previous experience in data gathering, analysis and visualisations.
Excellent IT skills are a must, detailed knowledge of SalesForce, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail and other Google tools including Data Studio will be advantageous. Alongside great IT skills, we are looking for someone who has strong communication skills both verbal and written which will include report writing.
Location, Salary, Benefits
This role comes with a competitive basic salary and bonus, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension.
It will be based at our Head Office in Winchester, although there may be an occasional requirement for travel to our other offices and sites.
