Customer Enquiry Administrator

Who We Are

PegasusLife is a business on a mission to fundamentally change the way retirement property is understood and delivered in the U.K. We believe that the current sector is not doing enough to meet the expectations of people in this country. That’s why we strive to make all our projects unique, relevant and inspiring, from the day we first discover a site, to moving day, and beyond. Each development is uniquely designed to give people an experience based on what matters to them. It is ‘Retirement Living, but not as you know it’.

We are a fast moving, sector changing, highly creative company. We have brought together leading experts in their field to be part of the PegasusLife team. We work together to meet our objectives and deliver our mission.

The Role

The Customer Enquiry Administrator is there to increase the quantity and quality of the information/leads on the sales database ready to hand over to the Sales team responsible for the development. They are often the first point of contact for potential owners and therefore will be ‘the voice’ of PegasusLife. Providing exceptional service from the outset is vital.

You'll be handling a steady stream of inbound enquiries for our developments which you field to the relevant sales teams and input onto our Salesforce database. You'll be knowledgable about the early stages of our sales process and be responsible for shaping the expectations of the customer, setting the tone for their journey to purchasing the property of their dreams. On occasion, you may assist the wider New Business Team with cold calling and wider sales lead administration activities.

The Customer Enquiry Administrator may need to work occasional weekend days for which a time in lieu during the week will be granted.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer focused role and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent telephone and written communication skills are paramount, as well as building relationships with both enquiring customers but also the wider sales team.

You'll be experienced in working with CRM systems/ databases (experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential) and understand the need for responsible data management.

Location, Salary, Benefits

This role comes with a competitive basic salary and bonus, alongside a benefits package including enhanced annual leave, life assurance, Healthshield, and a contributory pension.

It will be based at our Head Office in Winchester, although there may be a requirement to work in our Ringwood office on occasion, as well as ad-hoc travel to our other offices and sites.
