Due to the continuing success of PegasusLife, we are now looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager to join our Development Team who will oversee the final stages of delivery of a development project to ensure that it is finished to the highest possible of standards.
The Programme Manager will seen as the ‘key time management expert’ and act as the focal point for all Development Programme matters, producing robust and detailed time plans for all works associated with the pre-construction and construction phases of our projects and a produce a contingency plan for the time risks depending on the ‘what if’s’.
You will work the Development Team to evaluate each project across the whole of PegasusLife portfolio in terms of time, costs and process to identify potential risk and setbacks to deliver on time and to budget. You will be in charge of managing the programme’s budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses.
The role will involve communicating effectively both internally and externally, and be able to produce detailed trackers, so that you can report progress and communicate effectively to stakeholders. You will be expected to develop, manage and update consolidated development programme covering all the developments in the PegasusLife portfolio through the development lifecycle, and prepare monthly consolidated reports, analysis and forecast for Group Development Director and Chief Development Officer on all aspects of time performance and risk.
With the support of the Project Coordinator, perform time risk analysis against programme at regular intervals within the development lifecycle, and manage the risk for the programme’s successful outcome. You will take responsibility for all developments ensuring that progress and productivity is effectively monitored against project plan and that clear and appropriate reports are produced and distributed in a concise and timely manner.

Our developments are exceptional, and the Programme Manager will need to be too. You will need to be committed to our values and vision, you will therefore have demonstrable experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering.
It will be crucial for you to have Construction Programming Experience and be able to deliver results under pressure, as we grow from 35 to circa 80 projects. You will need to have effective interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to detail. You will need to be commercially aware and know how to add value, and always strive for operational excellence. You will need to be someone who know what is best for our people and so do what is right for the customer not what is easiest
You will be highly IT literate as PegasusLife operates purely in a cloud based environment and uses Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Presentations & Drive etc), experience of these systems would be desirable but an aptitude and willingness to adapt to new technology is essential.
We are also looking for someone with excellent technical writing skills in use of a wide range of project planning tools and software. You will need to have good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes, and have experience of using a variety of processes and methods through design, regulatory approvals, procurement and construction including non-traditional forms of construction. You will also need to have good knowledge of programme and project management methods, e.g. PRINCE2.
